Returns

For Dobbs Apparel Products custom and special event apparel items cannot be returned unless they are defective in materials and workmanship. Orders for custom apparel products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If materials or supplies have been ordered which are not normally inventoried by David Dobbs Enterprises, charges will apply. Stocked Greek and school stocked apparel items can be exchanged for similar items or house credit only. There is no return or exchange on special event or custom, non stocked items. The customer must signify their intention to exchange or return their merchandise in writing or by email sales@dobbsapparel.com  within 10 days of your receipt of the goods. The customer should obtain an RGA number and prominently display the RGA number on the return package or David Dobbs Enterprises cannot be responsible for the item. The item should be return shipped by any method which has tracking and requires a signed receipt.

Customer pays return freight on any item unless the item is defective or the return is caused by the fault of David Dobbs Enterprises, Inc

David Dobbs Enterprises, Inc., Dobbs Greek Apparel  will only accept returns on stocked, non-customized, non apparel products (products without a customer's logo and which are normally carried in our stock inventory). The restocking fee is 20% of the product purchase price. You should notify us of your intent to return any product in writing, by fax at 904-826-3981, or by mail or email sales@dobbsapparel.com  within 10 days of your receipt of the order. You should request an RGA (return goods authorization) number and prominently write that number on the package prior to your shipping the product to us. Refund or in-house credit will be issued upon a determination that the goods have been returned in new condition suitable for placing the product back into stock. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
